The Pedalling Mug, features an illustration from Sir Quentin Blake’s much-loved picture book ‘Mrs Armitage on Wheels’. Caption reads: ‘The trick is to keep pedalling’.
Each design is screen printed onto specialist transfer paper, applied to the mug by hand, then kiln fired to fuse the decoration into the glaze. It’s a traditional method that gives crisp detail and lasting colour.
