Returns Policy

All sale and discounted item/s are final and are unable to be returned.
Should you wish to return any full priced item/s, please notify us via email within 7 working days of receiving your order - hello@citronstore.nz
All item/s being returned must be unused, in brand new condition, and with their original packaging.
Citron Store does not offer an exchange service, item/s can be returned granted they meet the above criteria for a refund. A new order can be placed at any time.
Citron Store will not reimburse the cost to send back any returned item/s, unless the goods are faulty or received in an unacceptable condition.
A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 working days of receiving the return.
