- Citron Store carefully packages all orders to ensure that they reach you safely
- Should your order arrive in a less-than-satisfactory condition, please email us, alongside photos, within 2 days of receiving your order and we can happily assist
- Gift wrapping is available, please leave us a note at checkout with any specific instructions
- All orders are sent tracked via NZ Post
- Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be shipped
- Orders $99.99 and under have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.50
- Orders $100.00 and over are shipped complimentary

- North Island non-rural, 1-3 working days

Australian Shipping:
- $30.00AUD flat-rate shipping fee for all orders
- Sent via NZ Post, handed over to Australia post upon arrival into the country of destination
